Hello there,
You guys loved the Hackathon. You loved the Markethon. Now, we are combining the two: The VESA Buildathon!!
VESA Buildathon 2026
The Buildathon is an inclusive, 3-day event where teams collaborate to develop software products around a given theme, and analyse its commercial viability in the real world.
When?
📅 Friday 25th September (5:30PM) - Sunday 27th September (Week 10)
Where? 📍
Rutherford House, Pipitea Campus
What’s on?
The Buildathon requires you to code, develop, and build an innovative project. Beyond that, you must also consider your target customers, commercial viability of the product, and understanding of your market.
Not just for Coders; Design and Commercial skills will be important to ensure your product can succeed in your target market. All skills and academic backgrounds are welcome to join!!
Food will be provided throughout all 3 days🍕🍣🥪
